<li>Depart June 21, 2024: Disembarkation begins as soon as the ship is given clearence and goes until 10:45am</li>

The cabins &amp; suites listed on this page were selected by Hidden Gem Travel. There are only a certain number of cabins held, and cabins &amp; suites are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cruise Deposit &amp; Payment Schedule
<ul>
<li>A payment of 20% of your voyage fare is all you need to secure your reservation.</li>
<li>Saturday, October 14, 2023 is the deadline to pay the 20% deposit and secure your reservation. Any reservations requested after that date can be added, though cabin availability and rates are not guaranteed.</li>
<li>Full payment for your trip is due no later than February 10, 2024. Reservations submitted after this date are due in full, and space is not guaranteed.</li>
<li>Payments towards your balance can be made monthly. Hidden Gem Travel sends out monthly statements on the 10th of each month after you have approved and deposited for your cruise, where you can optionally apply a payment.</li>
<li>You are responsible for your own flights. </li>
<li>We recommend flying into Miami International Airport (MIA). The Miami Cruise Port is approximately 20 minutes from MIA.</li>
<li>You can also choose to fly into Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) prior to the cruise departure date to attend the Wilton Manor Pride Fest on June 15, 2024.</li>

This is it.  This is the suite.  Positioned at the most forward part of the ship - the views are, to put it simply, unrivaled.  Get lost watching the waves from your outdoor hottub or creating a new sound in your personal music room.  But don't worry, you can find yourself again the next morning as you meditate alongside the waves on your sprawling, private terrace.  2147 sq ft.

<h2>-Very Important - Please Read-</h2>
Reservation Cancelation Policy
Our cancellation policy was created to provide a better experience for our Sailors. Here's everything you need to know: If you’re booking more than 120 days prior to the start of the voyage, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.  After the 7-day grace period (but still before the 120-day window), you can receive a full refund on any payments, excluding your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time. Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit (FVC), good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date. Sweet deal, huh? Once you’re within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send someone else in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage if you really can't sail. Please note that taxes and fees will be refunded regardless of when the booking is canceled.
Hidden Gem Travel is not an agent of Virgin Voyages and has no control over the refund policies and other rules mandated by Virgin Voyages.
If you do not purchase travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you may still have to pay a partial penalty up to the full amount of the reservation plus the $150.00 per reservation cancelation fee.
If you purchased a travel insurance policy and have to cancel you will be refunded by the travel insurance company according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the non-refundable premium paid to the travel insurance company, but you are still responsible for the $150.00 per reservation cancelation fee.
Once a reservation is booked there is a $150.00 per reservation cancelation fee with no regard to the reason for the cancelation. The cancelation fee does not apply to cancelations that result in a re-booking.
