They're very excited to have you join them for their wedding celebration in beautiful Riviera Maya. Their ceremony will take place on November 12, 2027, and they would love for you to spend a well-deserved week with them at beautiful El Dorado Royale & El Dorado Casitas Royale.
Rachel from Hidden Gem Travel, a destination wedding and group travel agency, will be taking care of all of you to make sure you attend the wedding weekend events! They have worked very hard to secure room block rates so all guests can attend their wedding on November 12, 2027.

Reservation Dates
- Arrival Date: November 10, 2027 Check-in is 3pm
- Departure Date: November 17, 2027 Checkout is 12pm
- There is a 3-night minimum stay required but you can stay longer if desired. Select your dates on the reservation form below.
The room categories listed on this page are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Trip Deposit & Payment Schedule
- A payment of $200.00 per room is all that is due to secure your stay in the room block. Failure to submit payment for your intial room deposit within 2 weeks of your reservation request will resort in forfeiture of your room, to free up inventory for all guests interested in attending.
- Friday, June 11, 2027, at 12pm CST is the deadline to pay 50% of your total reservation balance. Any reservations requested after that date can be added, though no special discounts can be applied after June 11, 2026
- Full payment for your trip is due no later than August 12, 2027 at 12pm CST. Reservations submitted after this date are due in full, and neither space nor rates are not guaranteed. Balance of your reservation is 100% non-refundable by August 12, 2027.
- Payments towards your balance can be made monthly. Hidden Gem Travel sends out monthly statements on the 12th of each month after you have approved and deposited for your package, where you can optionally apply a payment.
- We recommend flying into Cancun International Airport (CUN). The El Dorado Royale resort complex is approximately 25 minutes from CUN.
- Cancun International Airport is where your transportation will meet you to bring you to the resort.
Accessibility
Since the resort is not located in the United States, the hotel is not required to comply with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
This resort is not wheelchair friendly. If you require a wheelchair, we do not recommend you stay at this property. If you need to rent a scooter, wheelchair, or oxygen tank, you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here for their website.
Although we are arranging transfers, we've found most transportation companies are not handicap friendly. Past clients have been happy with Happy Shuttle. If you need accessible transportation services, click on their website here.
El Dorado Royale Resort Complex
Situated in the center of the Riviera Maya, facing the beautiful Mexican coast. This complex is 25 minutes south of Cancun International Airport, 15 minutes north of Playa del Carmen, only 10 minutes out from “Mayakoba championship” golf course, 25 minutes away from the “Playacar Golf Club”, 5 minutes south from Puerto Morelos and 35 minutes south of downtown Cancun.
El Dorado Royale is the adult-only fun resort in the complex, with the main nightclub and plenty of activities and entertainment. El Dorado Casitas is a quieter couple-oriented section of the complex. Casita suites surround private pools and swim-up bars. Generations Riviera Maya is where families can meet, and along with daily & nightly family-friendly entertainment, the resort offers age-approriate kid's clubs.

Please review the pricing grids below for each room category. "Single Stay" refers to the total cost of one adult in the room, "Double Stay" is the total cost for two adults, and "Triple Stay" is the total cost for three adults sharing a room.
Price for children is listed per child and child rates are based on the age of the child at the time of travel.
Getting to the Resort
Roundtrip shared transportation is included in the price of your stay, and provided by Lomas Travel. If you would prefer private roundtrip transportation services, please email [email protected].
Hidden Gem Travel will send out a flight collection form to all guests so we can send your flight information to Lomas approximately 2 months prior to arrival.

Is travel insurance required?
While travel insurance is not required, it is strongly recommended, because you never know what life will throw at you.
Vacations are a big investment, and losing it for any reason can be disappointing. Travel Insurance can help protect your investment, should anything happen before or during travel.

Is there a payment plan?
The only requirement is the initial $200.00 per room to secure your reservation. The initial $200.00 per room deposit is applied towards your total reservation balance. Missed the deposit deadline? We can still book you into our group until August 12, 2027, though rates and availability are not guaranteed after June 11, 2027.
Final payment is due by August 12, 2027.
Hidden Gem Travel sends out monthly statements with the option to make payments at your convenience.
I am going to have a roommate. How does it work when they are not my partner?
No problem! We request you get the required information from them for our reservation form, and submit one form for the two of you. We can send each of you the invoice approval and payment link.
Can we come earlier or stay later?
Absolutely! Hidden Gem Travel can assist with any extended stays. Just put your requested dates on the reservation request form.
What happens if I don't book with Hidden Gem Travel?
You will not have access to our exclusive discounts. Hidden Gem Travel will also not be able to assist you on aspects of your booking. The wedding department may also not be aware of your attendance to the wedding & events.

Reservation Cancelation Policy
If you cancel your reservation before June 11, 2027, you are only responsible for the non-refundable $200.00 per room deposit. However, you can reduce the number of nights on your reservation up until this date.
If you cancel your reservation between June 11, 2027 and August 11, 2027, you will be responsible for 50% of the resservation total. This includes reducing any nights to your stay. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
If you cancel your reservation or reduce the number of nights on your reservations on or after August 12, 2027, you are responsible for 100% of your reservation total. If you have travel insurance, you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
Additionally, the resort will not allow the following modifications after August 12, 2027:
- Downgrading a room category
- Decreasing the number of nights on your reservation
- Removing a guest from your reservation (reducing the occupancy of your room)
This resort will not allow any changes, including name changes, to your reservation after September 26, 2027.
What can you do with your reservation between August 12, 2027 and September 26, 2027?
- Upgrade your room category, if an upgraded room category is available
- Add extra nights, if additional nights are available
- Add an additional guest
The resort will not provide a travel or credit voucher if you arrive after your scheduled date, check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected on your reservation for any reason.
Hidden Gem Travel is not an agent of the resort and has no control over the refund policies and other rules mandated by the Resort.
If you do not purchase travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you may still have to pay a partial penalty up to the full amount of the reservation.
If you purchased a travel insurance policy and have to cancel you will be refunded by the travel insurance company according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the non-refundable premium paid to the travel insurance company.
Once a reservation is booked the intital deposit of $200.00 is non-refundable with no regard to the reason for the cancelation. Failure to submit payment for the initial deposit within 2 weeks of the reservation request will result in forfeiture of the room requested.

**If you have any questions about the travel insurance please call Travel Insured at 1-800-243-3174. We (Hidden Gem Travel) are not a licensed insurance company and cannot legally answer any insurance-related questions.**
Not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel money and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there is no way to recoup any costs, losses, or expenses incurred. The price of Travel Protection is NOT included in the price of room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is definitely important and we recommend it for everyone. However, the choice to have travel protection is solely up to you, and you are welcome to purchase through any company you like.

The website offers plans like the "Worldwide Trip Protector" plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel for Any Reason), Optional Bed Rest to cover any quarantine expenses, and more. Travel Insured is the company we personally use and we highly recommend them for travel insurance needs.
If you want the CFAR (Cancel for Any Reason) benefit you will have to add it to the policy and you must purchase insurance no later than 21 days after you make your initial payment. CFAR is not available to NY residents.
The basic "Worldwide Trip Protector" plan which does not include CFAR can be purchased at any time, including more than 21 days after your first payment, but it will not cover the Pre-Existing Condition Exclusion Waiver or the Bankruptcy/Default of an airline, cruise line, tour operator or any other travel vendors. However, you can still cancel for a covered reason and potentially receive up to 100% in refunds as long as it's a covered reason.
Depending on the reason for canceling, travel insurance will cover 75-100% of your trip cancelation and many other things like medical services, trip delay, lost luggage, and more.
